Strengthening the Social Sector and Reinventing Impact Management for Greater Impact
Denver, Colorado – May 5, 2025 ResultsLab announced a leadership transition as part of its strategic growth plan. Effective immediately, Allison Fries has been appointed as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Founder and former CEO, Cindy Eby, who will assume the role of Founder and Strategic Advisor.
Allison has served as our Chief Strategy and Operations Officer for the past year and brings a wealth of experience to ResultsLab, with a proven track record in operational excellence, strategic vision, and people-first leadership. With deep expertise in growth-stage consulting companies, building strong teams, and navigating complex environments, Allison is uniquely positioned to lead ResultsLab into its next phase of growth and success.
“I am truly grateful for the confidence the leadership team has shown in me as I take on the role of CEO,” said Allison. “ResultsLab’s success is built on a foundation of talent, passion, and dedication, and I am honored to have the opportunity to carry that legacy forward. I look forward to working with our exceptional team to innovate, grow, and create lasting change in the lives of those we serve.”
Cindy Eby, who has served as ResultsLab’s Founder and CEO since 2016, will transition to the role of Founder and Strategic Advisor. In this capacity, Cindy will continue to support the company’s long-term vision, champion key initiatives, and remain a passionate advocate for ResultsLab’s culture, mission, and people.
“This transition comes at a pivotal moment for ResultsLab,” said Cindy. “As we accelerate into a true growth-stage company, it’s essential to have a leader who thrives on the cadence needed for growth, who can build sustainable systems, and who inspires confidence with both decisiveness and empathy. Allison is that leader, and I am confident that under her guidance, our vision will not only be preserved—it will be expanded, amplified, and elevated.”
For nearly a decade, ResultsLab has engaged hundreds of nonprofits in its ACTTM Model – Align, Capture, Transform – to transform the way they operate to use data to drive greater impact. ResultsLab’s leadership team expresses their enthusiastic support for Allison and is excited for this next chapter of growth and success.
