We’re Dedicated to Lasting Change
We see a future where all individuals—especially those facing inequity—have the opportunity and ability to achieve their dreams. A world where every nonprofit and humanitarian-focused social enterprise manifests its mission and lifts up communities. A reality grounded in equity.
“I launched ResultsLab because I saw a real need for organizations to better utilize data and elevate voice to strengthen programs and drive real solutions that are centered to meet the needs of our communities.”

If you want to shift control from funders to communities, here are 5 recommendations from field and community leaders about what it takes to recognize and resource frontline strength and leadership
1. Be responsive to the way people and movements organize themselves.
2. Support organizational capacity, as well as the capacity of individuals, networks, and coalitions
3. Make space for divergence and debate in movements, rather than force consensus and uniformity.
4. Ask your partners what they need to be healthy and present in their work.
5. Provide long-term, flexible (general operating) resources at a level that allows leaders to dream, build, implement, and realize the change they seek.
