What’s Included
Data for Impact Course
Asynchronous online course with 11 lessons of instructional activities teaching you the fundamentals of ResultsLab’s ACT™ Model – Align, Capture, Transform. Upon completion, you will be able to design an Impact Strategy, create a solid Measurement Strategy + Plan, and develop a Learning Agenda to build a strong data practice. Enhance the course experience by brining key concepts to the monthly coaching sessions to deepen learning.
Monthly CoLab Sessions
The CoLab is an opportunity for participants to work through their core problems of practice with their peers and a ResultsLab coach. These will be data-oriented problems and may be technical in nature — how do we capture demographic data in an equitable way — or they could be change-management oriented — how do I get my team on board with our new data practice. Each session is facilitated by a ResultsLab coach using a framework designed to promote connection, engagement, and learning.
Monthly Group Coaching
We will open the office hours with introduction/key takeaways of core concepts from the Data for Impact course and provide expertise and guidance to apply concepts specifically to your work.
Resource Library + Community Forum
Participants will gain access to ResultsLab’s Impact Collective Learning Community. In this community, participants access ACTTM specific tools and resources, including our full ACTTM workbook, and curated insight, learning and resources from the broader data and evaluation field.

Cohort Trainings
Build foundational learning and tools with grantees through live webinar series. We cover each of the three phases of ResultsLab’s ACTTM Model – Align, Capture, Transform. These phases walk through the core essentials needed to build a strong data practice from defining success and quality, collecting and analyzing the right measures, and using data to inform key decisions.
Bi-Monthly Coaching Office Hours
Cohort participants will have the opportunity to join office hours and get direct support from ResultsLab coaches. These calls are responsive to the needs of the participants to help apply learning to their context or get feedback on some of their key impact developments (i.e., program model, or measurement plan).
Monthly Community of Practice
There’s no going alone on this data-building journey. Our community of practice, also known as CoLabs, are an opportunity for participants to work through their core problems of practice with their peers and with a ResultsLab coach. It’s a chance to share wins, stay motivated, and hold each other accountable inside the cohort community.
